Code 3 -- Clefs -- parameter structure ____________________________________________________________________________ | p1 | p2 | p3 | p4 | p5 | p6 | p7 | |code num.| staff num.| horiz. pos.| vert. pos.| clef type| size |vert. size | |____3____|___________|____________|___________|__________|______|___________| For mini-clefs (used after 1st in staff) add 100 to p4 (or -100 if p4 is neg.) P5 clef types: 0 = treble 3 = tenor .8 = vocal tenor clef 1 = bass 4 = percussion 2 = alto (5 = curved brace) The normal vertical position is set with p4 = 0. (P6 size 0 = size 1.) For the other C clefs move the alto clef up or down with p4. P6 is actually the horizontal size factor. However if p7 is left at zero the horizontal and vertical sizes are both controled by p6. (P7 is useful mainly for manipulating the shape of the curved brace, p5 = 5.) All Code 3 items may also be accessed through Code 9 (but slower on screen.) .
